Found

Picked up this vintage Windsor mirror at Goodwill. Great condition!
Hate to do it, but I am going to list this in my etsy shop.

Re-Imagined

I have been on a painting streak. I like painting.

I found this cart a few months ago at a thrift store (probably Goodwill). It was a dark wood and was missing it's horizontal surfaces.

The first update started with adding a top to the cart and painting it an obnoxious blue. YUCK!

The second update started with a few coats of primer and then a soft periwinkle blue paint.
A glass tile trim was added around the edge and then I topped the cart off with pieces of reclaimed wood. YUMMY!

I have this lovely piece listed on my local craigslist. I would like to list it in my etsy shop, but I can't get my head around shipping large pieces.

My next project is a wooden bed. Headboard, footboard and rails. I will post before and after photos of the bed when it is finished. I also have some other update photos of finished projects to post soon!

Fern Green

I am just in love with this retro green paint! This (Brady Bunch) cart was brown when I found it. I was told by others that it was ugly. I knew it had a chance with a touch of paint and I think it looks fabulous. I have updated several retro items in this fern green gloss. More photos to come!
